01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 77cz platform — including its website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and 77cz with respect to your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 77cz platform and close your account. Continued use of 77cz following any posted amendment to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a 77cz account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of 77cz or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing 77cz services is specifically prohibited by local statute or regulation.
• You must not be subject to any existing self-exclusion agreement, whether imposed by 77cz or another gaming operator, at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

77cz reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Responsibilities

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 77cz platform. Deliberately opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or any alias — is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 77cz login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your legal and financial responsibility.

• You must notify 77cz immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred.
• 77cz recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including your email address and Pakistani mobile number, current and accurate at all times.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your 77cz account or any portion of your account balance to another person.

77cz shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 77cz platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits are credited to your 77cz account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect within 60 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days depending on the issuing bank's processing timelines.

• Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits are specified in your account dashboard and may be updated periodically.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, wherever technically feasible, as part of 77cz's anti-money laundering controls.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 77cz may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal above applicable thresholds.
• 77cz does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees independently of 77cz.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within three to five business days following successful verification.

77cz reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where verification documents have not been satisfactorily provided.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

77cz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL cricket fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the respective promotion, which supplement and take precedence over this general clause where there is a conflict.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 77cz promotional credits:

• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, unless otherwise specified.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• 77cz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to an eligible account.
• Bonuses are subject to a maximum win cap where specified. Any winnings derived from bonus play exceeding the stated cap will be removed from the account balance.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 77cz are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and instant-win products. By placing any bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that product.

• Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the player, except where a specific "cash out" or "edit bet" feature is available and expressly offered on the relevant market.
• 77cz reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by technical error, manifest pricing error, or data feed failure.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures — are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB or ICC as applicable). 77cz's decision on settlement of cricket markets is final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Live in-play bets are subject to delays and acceptance at 77cz's discretion. Bets placed during a delay period may be void if the relevant event outcome has already been determined.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are independently audited for fairness.

77cz reserves the right to restrict betting access, reduce stake limits, or close markets on any event or game at any time without prior notice, including in response to unusual betting patterns or integrity concerns.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77cz platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information or identity verification documents.
• Accessing or attempting to access 77cz using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any non-human interface.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events on which bets are placed via 77cz.
• Colluding with other players, including coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Using 77cz for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially criminal activity.
• Circumventing 77cz's security systems, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or back-end infrastructure.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77cz staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to register or use 77cz while subject to an active self-exclusion order.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77cz platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio-visual material, and interface design — is the proprietary property of 77cz or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 77cz platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 77cz content without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any 77cz software or platform component.
• Use 77cz branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written permission from 77cz.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the 77cz platform on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 77cz intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

09 Privacy and Data Protection

77cz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 77cz, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

77cz implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data. These include SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage of sensitive account data, and strict internal access controls. Your PKR payment data is processed through PCI-compliant payment processors and is never stored in unencrypted form on 77cz servers.

10 Responsible Gaming

77cz is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani members. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to assist those members seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 77cz members from the account dashboard:

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77cz, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

77cz's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 77cz does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• 77cz is not responsible for any losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, scores, or statistical data that may be subject to error or delay.
• You acknowledge that all gambling involves risk and that the outcome of any bet or game is uncertain. 77cz accepts no responsibility for gambling losses.

12 Termination and Suspension

77cz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 77cz is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• Your account is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity.
• Your continued use of the platform poses a risk to the integrity of 77cz's operations or to other members.
• You are found to be under the minimum eligible age of 21.

In the event of account closure by 77cz for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified account balance in PKR will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Where account closure follows a confirmed breach, 77cz reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and potential forfeiture.

You may close your 77cz account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any eligible balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 77cz holds its international gaming licence. By using 77cz, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 77cz's customer support team and make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute informally. 77cz is committed to responding to all formal complaints within five business days of receipt.

14 Amendments to These Terms

77cz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, 77cz will provide notice to registered members via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform for a period of not less than seven days prior to the change taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of 77cz following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you object to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with the termination provisions set out in Clause 12.
